  2. 100 grams Lean pork
  3. 2 cm section of ginger

  5. 1 table spoon soya sauce
  6. 1 table spoon sesame oil
  7. Salt
  8. 1 Egg
  9. 1 stalk spring onion

  2. Slice the pork liver into 3-5 mm thick slices.
  3. Slice the pork into 2 mm thick slices.  (you may minced it and make into meat balls)
  4. Season the liver and pork separately with half tablespoon of soya sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Heat up pot, and add a little sesame oil. Add in the ginger and fry till fragrance.  Add in stock to boil.
